Rosh Yeshiva of Beth Medrash Govoha (BMG) in Lakewood. He is the son of the previous rosh yeshiva, Rav Shneur Kotler, and grandson of the founder of the yeshiva, Rav Aaron Kotler. He is a member of the Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah of Agudath Israel of America and a member of the Vaad Roshei Yeshiva of Torah Umesorah.

HaRav Yehudah Leib Wittler is a musmach of Gateshead Kollel, where he learnt for many years. He has served as Mashgiach of Yeshiva Letzeirim in Gateshead.
He is currently a very beloved Rosh Yeshiva at Yeshivas Shaarei Chaim. He shares a very special  relationship with his talmidim both past and present and is a source of guidance in Chinuch for many in the Olam HaYeshivos.

HaRav Aharon Schiff, son of renowned Yerushalmi mechanech HaRav Elozor Schiff zt"'l, is the Rov of the Machzikei Hadass kehillah in Antwerp since 2010. Rav Schiff was previously the Rov of the local Alexander Beis HaMedrash in Antwerp.
HaRav Schiff is an alumnus of the Erlau Yeshive in Yerusholaim and was a maggid shiur in the Belzer Yeshiva in Antwerp for many years. HaRav Schiff takes a keen interest in the Chinuch of the Antwerp Kehilloh, as he is the Nossi of the Jesoide Hatoire Beth Jacov school, and is known for his deep insight into modern day struggles.

Dayan Ahron Dovid Dunner, Rov of Tottenham Adass in Stamford Hill, London, and Dayan on the UOHC is a world-renowned speaker and has addressed tens of thousands at the Siyum Hashas in New York and is a regular speaker at the Torah Umesorah Convention and the Agudas Yisroel Convention in the USA.

HaRav Gershon Miller joined the Hanholoh of the prestigious Gateshead Yeshiva Gedolah in the year 2004 as Mashgiach Ruchani, and has fast become renowned for his deep understanding of the daily struggles facing bochurim and seminary girls in the modern age. Admired and sought after by bochurim, yungerleit, parents and mechanchim, Rav Miller is consulted on matters of Chinuch across the U.K. and beyond.

Rosh Yeshiva of the Waterbury Yeshiva centred in the community of Waterbury, CT. In a few short years the community has blossomed and now consists of a network of mosdos haTorah. The Yeshiva has 1,500 talmidim.

He currently trains Menahelim in school leadership, and gives courses to Rebbeim, primarily in the areas of teaching methodology and classroom management. Rabbi Anisfeld's unique Effective Teaching Program has revolutionized the dynamic of classrooms across the United States and Canada.

Rabbi Mayer Volf Blau

Rabbi Mayer Volf Blau has been teaching קריאה for twenty five years and has authored the revolutionary קריאה נעימה and אמירה נעימה programmes, reaching as far afield as North and South America, Europe, Israel, South Africa and Australia. Rabbi Blau has trained hundreds of Rebbeim and teachers in the usage of this simple, yet effective programme, teaching them how to maximize its success. The Kriah Neimah Curriculum caters to students from pre school through to seventh grade and includes seforim, interactive workbooks and summer homework. The most recent innovative online course has made Kriah Neimah training more accessible and convenient across the globe.

Rabbi Mendel Frank

Rabbi Mendel Frank has served as a Rebbe at Jesodei HaTora and Beis Jaakov school in Antwerp; teaching both boys and girls in the higher grades, for over four decades. He currently serves as a leading member of the וועד החינוך in Antwerp and delivers regular Shiurim in town. In his capacity as a מחנך , he has amassed invaluable experience and expertise in many aspects of חינוך and teaching methods. Some of his work has
been published and is sought after, worldwide.

Rabbi Shomo Goldberg

Rabbi Goldberg, who has served for the last twenty years as Menahel of Yeshiva Aharon Yaakov/Ohr Eliyahu, a leading and innovative Yeshiva Elementary and Junior High School in the Los Angeles area, lectures widely on the topics of education, leadership, personal growth, marriage enrichment, and parenting. Rabbi Goldberg authors a weekly d’var Torah on chinuch and leadership issues relating to the weekly sedra, and his articles have appeared in Jewish magazines and newspapers

Mr Chaim Guggenheim

Born in Switzerland, Chaim Guggenheim has lived in Israel for the past 22 years with his family. An economist by training, Chaim serves as the Vice  President of the Feuerstein Institute in Jerusalem. A Feuerstein trainer himself, he is a frequent lecturer about the Feuerstein Method and its manifold applications.

The Feuerstein Method is one of the main methods for advancing people’s cognitive thinking and learning skills. Chaim takes great pleasure in sharing with audiences around the world how they are able to improve their cognition and maximize their human potential.

Rabbi Yehoshua Hartman

Rabbi Yehoshua Hartman was born in St. Louis, Missouri, United States. Rabbi Hartman graduated from the Yeshiva High School (The Yishuv) and then went on to study at Yeshivas Itri and Mir. He spent over twenty years working at a Michlala in ירושלים. During his time in ארץ ישראל, he also taught at Maarava Machon Rubin and resided in the suburb of Har Nof. He currently heads the Hasmonean Beis Hamedrash, the sixth form Jewish Studies Programme at Hasmonean High School in Hendon, North West London. Rabbi Hartman has written over thirty six volumes including several ספרים on the writings of the Maharal of Prague.

Rabbi Yehoshua Levy

Rabbi Joshua Levy joined the Executive Staff of Torah Umesorah in 2008 after twenty-seven years in Chinuch as a Yeshiva Day School principal and educator. At Torah Umesorah, he has developed a model for school improvement called School Solutions, which includes training, coaching and seminars in Instruction, Communication and Leadership.

Dr David Pelcovitz

Dr. David Pelcovitz holds the Gwendolyn and Joseph Straus Chair in Psychology and Jewish Education at Yeshiva University’s Azrieli Graduate School of Jewish Education and Administration, where he is also the Special Assistant to the President.

Serving for over two decades as Director of Psychology at North Shore University Hospital School of Medicine and as Clinical Professor of the Psychology in the Psychiatry at NYU School of Medicine, he has consulted extensively with the Jewish community in the United States, Europe and Israel on a wide range of issues facing children and adolescents. Dr. Pelcovitz, who received his Ph. D. from the University of Pennsylvania, has published and lectured extensively on a variety of topics related to education, parenting and child mental health.

Rabbi Ahron Pinczewski

Rabbi Aharon Pinczewski BEd (Hons) QTS has been in Chinuch for over 20 years, as a classroom teacher, special educational needs co-ordinator and in management and leadership positions; currently serving in Manchester, UK as Sgan Menahel of Beis Hatalmud and on the Senior Leadership of Tashbar Cheder. In particular he mentors teaching staff; middle and senior management and supports governors in getting the best out of themselves, their talmidim and their moisod. In a related capacity he provides consultancy to schools across the UK and is the Director of Chinuch UK's School Support Service. 

Rabbi Pinczewski is a qualified child evaluator providing advice to parents and schools; is a 'fellow' of Torah Umesorah's Zechor Yemos Olam Churban Europa Programme and a founding committee member of the Manchester Torah Umesorah Centre.

Mr Jonathan Rabson

Mr Jonathan Rabson PGCE MSc is Executive Director of Shema Koli, which provides the UK’s only confidential helpline for victims of abuse in the orthodox Jewish community. Shema Koli also delivers (with Tahel, Israel) a range of safeguarding training workshops and resources for teachers, pupils and parents in primary and secondary schools, all approved by leading UK Rabbonim. 

Jonathan Rabson is a Family & Systemic Psychotherapist in private practice in London where he treats individuals, couples, parents and families. He is a professionally trained teacher, parenting consultant and chosson madrich.

Rabbi Yaakov Shamshon Rawiczki

Rabbi Yaakov S. Rawicki is the much venerated Menahel of Yeshivas Tiferes Elimelech in Brooklyn, NY. He is an educational consultant to a myriad of mosdos hachinuch around the metropolitan area of New York and around the USA. Rabbi Rawicki is mentor and adviser to many Yeshiva principals and Head of Schools.

Rabbi Binyomin Bar

Rabbi Binyomin Bar served as a Communal Rov for 14 years in the U.K and currently resides in Lakewood, U.S.A. He learns in Beth Medrash Govoha, delivers regular Shiurim, writes and edits Sifrei Rishonim and serves as a Moreh Ho'ro’oh. He has completed the Daf Yomi cycle several times as a maggid shiur.

Rabbi Chanoch Bonchek

Rabbi Chanoch Bonchek is currently the Menahel of the Jewish Boys Secondary School in Gibraltar since 2009. He has also served as Head of the local Jewish Primary School for several years. Rabbi Bonchek has been involved in Chinuch for the past twenty years; teaching Gemara and Kodesh subjects to high school boys (ages 12-18) both in Israel (Maarava) and Gibraltar (GBSS).

Rabbi Nessanel Lieberman

Rabbi Nessanel Lieberman has been a Headteacher for almost 30 years, and he is currently Head of Bnos Beis Yaakov School in North West London. He was an Ofsted inspector from 2008 to 2015, and currently does Section 48 Kodesh inspections for voluntary-aided schools.  He is a member of the steering group of Chinuch UK and a consultant for many of its schools.

Rabbi Yehudah Marmorstein

Rabbi Yehuda Marmorstein was born and raised in London. He learnt in Gateshead Yeshiva and then in Lakewood Beis Medrash Govoha under the leadership of Reb Shneur Kotler following which, he moved to Pittsburgh for the Beis Yitzchok Kollel. He then returned to the UK to become the Rov of Ilford shul. He is currently the principal of Beis Soroh Schenirer Seminary in Manchester; a position he has held since its inception in 1988. Additionally, Rabbi Marmorstein has many years of experience in both teaching and counselling.

Rabbi Shmiel Roitenbarg

Rabbi Shmiel Roitenbarg is Menahel of Pardes House Primary School in Golders Green, London. Initially, he began in the position of Year 5 Rebbe where he dedicated himself to instilling a love for learning in the boys as they began the learning of Gemara.  After several years, he took over the reins of leadership within the school.

In the past year and a half since becoming Menahel, the school has gained invaluably.  Rabbi Roitenbarg is enthusiastic and passionate about chinuch, has a love for children and an understanding of how to reach the young boys of today. He has a special focus on maximizing each child’s potential, regardless of their place on the academic spectrum.

Mrs Dacha Grosz

Mrs Dacha Grosz has been serving as a Menaheles for Bais Yaakov Primary School in Antwerp for over 20 years. With a BA in Education, Mrs Grosz started her chinuch career as a passionate mechaneches and was chosen to become menaheles after 20 years of successfully touching the lives of students of all ages. Since 2009 she’s in charge of the kindergarten as well, where her creativity and desire to bring all aspects of yiddishkeit alive, are leaving their mark.

Mrs Shana Guttentag

Mrs Guttentag is responsible for the qualification development at the Torah Umesorah Teachers Centre in Manchester. She is also a School Consultant delivering training sessions and support to schools and teachers across the country.

Mrs Guttentag has over 15 years’ experience teaching both לימודי קודש and לימודי חול. She has been a high school מחנכת, Head of Science and has produced a complete set of 'kosher' science text books for 11-16yr olds. Aside for her current role as Chol Curriculum Coordinator at Bnos Yisroel High School, she has also recently become the Headteacher of Manchester's new Beis Yaakov Sixth Form.

Mrs Guttentag holds a a BSc (hons) in Maths and Science and PG CertEd (QTLS) from the University of Sunderland.

Rebbetzin Scheina Halperin

Rebbetzin Scheina Halperin has been a teacher for over 25 years. First as a High school and Seminary teacher in ‘Beis Yaakov Sheranski’ Tel Aviv and continuing as ninth grade teacher in the girls school in Zurich. Rebbetzin Halperin gives numerous Shiurim on both chinuch and bitachon.

Mrs Chumi Meiselman

Mrs Chumi Meiselman has been part of the Manchester TU Centre since its inception; helping to support teachers in their role within the classroom and guiding them to the appropriate resource materials that are available.

Mrs Meiselman has been teaching for close to 20 years with students ranging from  primary to high school age, in both קודש and chol subjects, where she formed a close and meaningful connection with her students.

Rebbetzin Yitty Neustadt

Rebbetzin Yitty Neustadt, a daughter of Rabbi Ezriel Tauber, has been a successful teacher for more than 40 years, primarily with high school girls. Rebbetzin Neustadt brings out the innate strength of each girl; equipping them with the necessary tools for their journey through life.

In addition to her work as a teacher, Rebbetzin Neustadt supports and mentors struggling teens and works together with her husband Dayan Dovid Neustadt shlita to prepare couples for marriage and support them in times of difficulty.

Mrs Faigy Zelcer

Mrs. Faigy Zelcer, of Montreal, Canada is a High School teacher for over 15 years and the founder and director of Penimi, which impacts thousands of students across the globe via school curricula and staff training. Penimi’s highly acclaimed tznius curriculum, taught in over 100 schools worldwide has revolutionized the way tznius is taught, with in-depth and comprehensive chomer along with a non-threatening educational approach. The success of the tznius curriculum led to the creation of the Technology Curriculum, which addresses the contemporary challenge of technology using effective methods. Mrs. Zelcer has also trained scores of teachers and principals on how to effectively deal with our students’ contemporary challenges.
